The first couple of nights that Bowser’s parents were on vacation, he would not sleep in my bed. I think because he was waiting for them to come over from their place and take him home. He slept on either the couch or the daybed, or in his doggy bed. The 3rd night (and every night thereafter) he decided finally, that it was OK to sleep on my bed.
Yes, he had to bring a squeaky ball to bed with him.
Then, in the morning the snugglefest began.
Eventually, I had to drag myself away from all the cuteness and start the day.
Well, at least one of us started our day! 🤣

I do, but at the same time I appreciate having more room in bed. You might think a 20lb dog would not be able to take up much space in a double bed, but they do like to sprawl and I end up pushed to the edge 🤣. Thanks, Kate 💕

Awwwww. How sweet! Our new puppy Penny doesn’t want to even nap on our bed. But she takes herself to her own bed in her crate, so I guess we should be glad! She’s a snuggle bug for about 30 seconds in the morning on the sofa and I cherish those times.
This could change as she matures – Bowser wasn’t as snuggly as a puppy. Too many things to do when he was awake!!! Thanks, Dawn 💕
