Or should that be “gobblin'”? Because that was what was happening when I was picking peas in my garden this week.
I needed both hands to remove some stubborn pods from the vines so I put my gathering bowl down and…

… this happened.

He did eat them, although they needed to be dropped and inspected several times before consumption.

The garden goblin continued to haunt me when I sat down to shell the peas I had harvested.

This is a dog who loves his veggies.

Let us all be more like Bowser this weekend and “give peas a chance”.
Have a good one, and keep those elbows up!
Rock on,

My dog eats saskatoons and raspberries but as he isn’t allowed in the garden proper he is not getting his paws on my peas!! My grandkids sneak enough!
Oh, I LOVE fresh peas raw, standing in the garden. He’s such a smart boy.
Me too! And also Bowser, apparently 😂. Thanks, Dawn 💕
I also love them!
Bowser loves his berries too! Thankfully he hasn’t figured out how to pick his own fruits and veggies. Thanks, Bernie 💕
Our old dog used to grab the saskatoon bush and pull the branches to the ground. Then he would sit there and pick them off. She learnt from him.
Smart doggo!
In that way…he had his non smart moments!!!
He’s just trying to get his 5 a day
Who knew Bowser was such a health nut? 🤷🏼♀️😂 Thanks, Sheree 💕
He’s helping. How sweet is that?
❤️🤣❤️
Oh yeah. Uh…”helping” 😉😂. Thanks, Rivergirl 💕
My cats would definitely turn their nose up. Actually, they would bounce it around and it would end up under the refrigerator to decay.
I remember those days from when I shared my life with a cat 😂😂😂. Such a collection under the fridge! Thanks, Kate 💕
Yes, that’s why they made yardsticks! 🙂
A healthy Bowser is a happy Bowser ❤️
He was getting his greens in, that’s for sure! 😂 Thanks, Sharon 💕
Everyone knows that a bowl on the ground filled with any type of food or drink is an offering. Bowser is simply one smart cookie! 😀
I guess I forgot that rule 😂. Thanks, Donna 💕
