Here’s how my days are going this summer:
- Spend the early morning (or previous evening) packing up a load to take to the new place.
- Unload into Homer (the storage unit at the new place, so named by the previous owners).
- Go into my unit and prep for renovating, joined by the next door neighbour’s dog, You-Know-Who.
- Clean up the mess made by the neighbour dog.
- Go back to the apartment.
- Rinse and repeat.

Now that is a bright tongue! I never forget when Maya managed to destroy and partly eat two of my Plunge copies. At least she has good taste in books, just like Bowser has good taste in decorative flowers. 🙂
